I really appreciate what you did for us. We needed to get our house sold quick and you came to our rescue. All my friends said we couldn't get it closed in less than 30 days, but you did it. I don't know how you did it. Three other banks turned me down before I talked to you. Your mortgage broker worked a miracle and got me the mortgage on our beautiful new house. We just love it. The best day of my life is when we told our landlord that we were moving out. Thanks again. |

my husband and i thought we wouldnt be able to purchase a house because of his bankruptcy last year,we thought we would have to wait atleast 5 years.we are newly weds and are tired of moving and renting.We are so excited to move into the house you got us rent to own.I know this one will make me feel at home!Thanks so much for all your help steve!I never thought this would happen this soon,it has been a dream of mine for so long!thank you! |

I am currently in a lease,But I look forward to owning a small ranch within 10-16mons.I enjoy visiting your site.As a home shopper I am able to see great photos,yous have allready answered most questions right there on the site.I go back every week looking for just the house for me. great luck to all of yous with your company kathy |

I can't thank you enough. Selling our house to you opened us up to move out of town without hassles. And I had fun. My brother-in-law had a nightmare with his sale. And it took him 6 months. I sold mine in 30 days. |

I didn't think you could get me a house. I was turned down at 3 other banks but your mortgage guy got me a loan the first time. My wife's really looking forward to Christmas this year. She's trimming the tree with the kids right now. Thanks again Steve, Jimmy |
